Users can create accounts, search for vendors, message vendors in-app, view vendor contact details, and leave reviews. Eventure does not facilitate or manage bookings and is not a party to any agreements between users and vendors.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Eventure reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4Vendor Listings and Contact Information

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their profiles and listings.

Eventure does not verify the authenticity of vendor information and is not responsible for any misrepresentations.

Users and vendors must use provided contact information solely for the purpose of engaging in event-related transactions.

5Messaging and Reviews

Users can communicate with vendors through in-app messaging.

Users may leave reviews based on their experiences with vendors.

Eventure reserves the right to remove reviews that are false, misleading, defamatory, or violate these Terms.

6Eventure's Liability

Eventure is a neutral platform that facilitates connections but does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or availability of any vendor services.

Eventure is not liable for any disputes, damages, losses, or fraudulent activities arising from interactions between users and vendors.

Any agreements, payments, or transactions are solely between users and vendors.

7Prohibited Activities

Users and vendors are prohibited from:

Providing false or misleading information.

Engaging in fraud, harassment, or illegal activities.

Using Eventure to distribute spam or unsolicited messages.

Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

We enforce a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

By using Eventure, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.
